Free cancellation up to 56 day(s) before arrival, then 0% cancellation fee up to 31 day(s) before arrival, then 50% cancellation fee up to 30 day(s) before arrival, then 100% cancellation fee.

Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter AR before the entry into use.
The deposit remains with the owner.
If the cancellation occurs more than 55 days before the date of stay, there will be no additional charge.
In the event of late cancellation, the charges for the lessee will be as follows:
- From 55 to 30 days before: 50% of the total amount of the reservation
- Less than 30 days before: the full amount of the reservation
In the event of cancellation by the owner, he will refund the amount of the deposit received without further possibility of additional compensation.
